In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, the economic level has been growing each day. Enterprises have to rely on employees’enthusiasm and creativity. To a large extent, this speeds up the process of human resource management research and development. Human resources are the most important and scarcest resources in the organization resources. It is the basic of enterprise management, and the core of enterprise development is also one of the key factors in the development of enterprises. The organization’s management has been regarded as an important capita organization rather than the cost of project. Therefore, human resource management plays a decisive role in the management practice which can not be ignored. Enterprises folly develop human resources and do good jobs in human resources planning have become an indispensable development strategy.This paper makes the project of human resources planning of the A Company in Tianjin as the research content. According to the demand of human resources management and planning of Tianjin A company, using the application of basic theory and method of human resources to analysis and forecast human resources demand, and doing a systematic planning for the company human resources. Finally, through the analysis and forecast, this thesis puts forward strategic human resource planning solutions.In order to be clearer and more detailed to describe the contents of human resources planning in Tianjin A, this thesis uses the progressive way. The first chapter outlines the research background, significance, content, ideas and methods. The second chapter mainly analyzes the human resource planning theories, and discusses the technical route and method of human resource planning, human resources meaning principles and human resource demand forecasting. On the basis of the analysis of Tianjin A company’s current human resources planning situation, the third chapter analyzes the human resource planning problem with which Tianjin A company has been faced. The fourth chapter analyzes the prediction of the human resource supply and demand in Tianjin A company. And also this thesis does a further forecasting and analysis of human resource planning demanded for the company’s. Based on the first several chapters, the fifth chapter discusses the implementation measures on human resource planning of Tianjin A company, which includes human resource planning implementation principle, improving the quality of human resources, building human resource management platform, developing environment of human resources and creating the atmosphere of human resource management etc. Finally based on the deep analysis of the Tianjin A company human resources planning, this thesis makes a summary of the research content.According to the detailed analysis, the demonstration of the system and the scientific practice of human resource planning, this paper should have not only been very practical but also has a very high referent value for the realization of the goal of a company.
