With the developing of global economic, the enterprises all over the world facing new opportunities and challenges, in this situation, how to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises, to maintain good competitiveness become the key of enterprise development. With the developing of global economic, the enterprises all over the world facing new opportunities and challenges, in this situation, how to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises, to maintain good competitiveness become the key of enterprise development. Human resources management can not develop very well without the help of human resources planning, let the enterprise managers understand status of the existing enterprise personnel, grasp the enterprise human resources quality structure and the possible defects, found the disadvantages of human resource management, provide reference for other part of human resource management,such as recruitment, training, encourage enterprises to carry out a series of adjust specific measures about human resource planning. All of them build a manpower support to achieve the strategy of the company and maintain excellent reserve forces, ensure the business can developed as respected, finish the company’s goals.The analysis of the human resource structure of the company is just the beginning of this article, human resources supply and demand analysis is the focal point of this article, This paper expounds the related theory of human resource planning, analyses and study human resource planning and planning processes; secondly, use XX engineering company as the research object, takes nearly five years of the human resources related data (2009-2013) as the basis, on the basis of these data, the paper analysis age, education, job title, position of the company’s and so on, through a further classification of data and research, the paper will find that XX company existing some problems about human resources structure.
