The Research Of Organization Pattern In Project Group Managerment

In recent years, as focused on management to promote the work and take it as a special direction on the project management research, CSR Qishuyan Research Institute Co Ltd. has got a lot of management innovations. However, the company project management mainly focused on individual project management research, there are still some gaps on research of varieties product project group management of welding industry. Since the program management has multi requirements of project management and more requirements for project organizing, job changes of project team and the continuity, its dynamic changes often exceeded expectations. Based on the research gap and real work of the project group management, this paper is designed a kind of suitable organization structure of project group management and verified by an example analysis. This paper analyzes project group management trend in development and expound the theory of project group management. Bases on the current project management of the company, raise a new design of organization structure, new design of job responsibilities, new design of new workflow under the new organization structure. The AB project as an example, show new organization structure, completes the design and verification of the whole organization model. This paper focuses on the establishment of organization pattern and the corresponding structure of project group management. This project management structure can achieve efficient communication and coordination for different items in project group and unify management for development process of different product structure, so that to improve the management level and provides the organizational guarantee for project group development of the company. Based on the organization pattern and the structure established, the human resource allocation scheme of project team is researched and the schemes of resource management adapt to project group, performance appraisal, conflict and communication management, risk management plan are proposed, thus, effectively promote the project group management implementation.
