In20Century, China’s railway has entered a period of rapid development, high speed line was born. After recent years of development, our country especially in the southeast coastal area has built a number of high-speed railway passenger dedicated line (PDL)"high-speed rail network has begun to take shape four horizontal". Chengdu to Chongqing PDL as "horizontal" and "Hu-Han-rong channel" an important part, at the same time as an important link between Chengdu and Chongqing two West Center City, is very valuable for its direct impact area in Cheng-Nei-Yu development belt with the economic impact study. The development of PDL and into Cheng-Nei-Yu development belt is mutual benefits, complement each other. PDL can strengthen the contact city and urban and rural areas, promote the role of radiation area center city strong, to promote regional economic development, regional economic development in turn and can drive passenger dedicated line. So, whether from the angle of theory and empirical point of view, are of great significance to study the relationship between the line and the regional economy between the passengers.Papers focus on analyzing the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing into a passenger line with the Chongqing development impact.
