Study On The Interests Of The Association Between Yellow Peach Growers And Yellow Peach Processing Enterprises In Dangshan County Of Anhui Province

Yellow peach industry is one of the pillar industries in Dangshan County,it is an important part of the county economy,its development status affects the overall level of economic development of Dangshan County directly.In recent years, yellow peach get Large-scale planting,yellow peach growers’ income had increased significantly.But,with thegradually saturation of its market,yellow peach sales is facing severe marketing difficulties,in yellow peach deal, the growers can only be the passive price recipients. They are in the obvious weak position in the yellow peach processing industrial chain. To enhance the yellow peach growers’ market control and realize win-win situation of yellow peach growers and processing enterprises,we must start from the yellow peach processing industrial chain,and analyze the existing problems in the interests of the association between yellow peach growers and yellow peach processing enterprises in Dangshan County in-depth,and then, find out the possible reasons.On the basis of theoretical analysis and field survey,this paper analyzes the present situation, main problems and possible reasons about the interests between yellow peach growers and processing enterprises.This paper studies the following conclusions:(1)The essence of the interests association between yellow peach growers and processing enterprises are the organization of the connection between upstream and downstream in the yellow peach industry chain,for saving the cost of trading、ensuring the supply of yellow peach raw fruit stability and saling yellow peach steadily,and strengthen yellow peach processing enterprises’ control to the whole yellow peach processing industrial chain.(2)In enhancing the organizational relevanceof yellow peach processing industrial chain,yellow peach growers have the agents to solve sales difficulties, reduce transaction costs and market volatility risk, acquire relevant technical support、market information and socialized services;and yellow peach processing enterprises have the agents to gain stable yellow peach fruit raw materials and guarantee the quality, reduce transaction costs and risk of market price fluctuations,gain government policy and financial support, strengthen the control of yellow peach processing industrial chain.(3)At present, yellow peach seasonal surplus and shortageis coexistence in Dangshan County,yellow peach growers and cooperatives’disperse market force comparing with yellow peach processing enterprises’oligarch monopolize force is serious unbalance,and following government quickly pushing forward yellow peach planting scale,yellow peach output is increasing, appearing the situation that higher output is not accompanied by a higher income. So,yellow peach processing enterprises are shortage of inherent power to strengthen the relevance and coordination between yellow peach growers and cooperatives.(4)Yellow peach growers are numerous and scattered,yellow peach cooperatives are tiny,their organizational force comparing with yellow peach processing enterprises’ oligarch monopolize force is serious unbalance,this situation strengthend further yellow peach processing enterprises’ leading power for interest distribution,then damaged yellow peach growers’ interest, and delay the course of strengthening interest relevance between yellow peach growers and processing enterprises.(5) In the agricultural technology popularization, the government did not play its proper functions. First,the information communication with yellow peach farmers、enterprises and research institutions is not enough, furthermore,the government did not understand the three sides’demand and supply indeed, and lack of promotion in the process of technology popularization.Policy proposals of this research are as follows:(1)Strengthen the cooperation of cooperatives and processing enterprises,"yellow peach processing enterprises+yellow peach cooparatives+yellow peach base+yellow peach growers"should be the direction of organizational relevance in yellow peach processing industry-chain in future;(2)rising yellow peach growers’organizational level and negotiation position in market is the radical method;(3)choosing closed interest distribution machine and strengthening industry-chain management is necessary road;(4) government should improve its service quality, create a good external environment for yellow peach processing industry is the basic guarantee.
