Study On The Cooperation Mode Of Processing Enterprise(company PD) And Supplier(Farmers) In Agricultural Products Processing Supply Chain

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,providing the guarantee for the people's life and social stability,and has a deep influence on the development of social economy.With the rapid development of the modernization agriculture,agricultural products supply chain has become an essential mean for modern agricultural operators to enhance their market competitive capability.The agricultural supply chain management should be put into effect to solve the problems,like agricultural efficiency,market competition,etc.Since the agricultural supply chain in China is still in the primary stage of development,there are many problems such as too many links,high cost and inefficient communication,which leads to the instability of the supply chain.The agricultural products supply chain with processing enterprises as the core is a universally recognized management mode,but it is still a weakly integrated management one in our country.Therefore,it is practically meaningful to stabilize the agricultural supply chain,especially to stabilize partnership of upstream between processing enterprises and farmer-suppliers.The object of this thesis is the partnership between the agricultural product processing enterprise(Company PD)and supplier(farmers).And the thesis aims at providing several improve plans to stabilize the partnership between them.The partnership between Company PD and farmers is the typical partnership of processing enterprise and farmer-supplier in our country.In the thesis,the optimization plans for the cooperation mode have put forward through the analysis of the problems between Company PD and farmers.The main researches contain the following parts.Firstly,define the bottleneck of the agricultural supply chain and the main problems which may affect the stabilization of the partnership between the processing enterprise and farmer-suppliers by analyzing the current situation of the partnership between Company PD and farmers and the agricultural supply chain.After then,the improvement plans will also be formulated.Secondly,construct the cooperation mode among the enterprise,association and farmers,establish the cooperation mechanism that can trust each other and be effectively motivated.Thirdly,based on the farmer-suppliers' performance evaluation,conduct the ABC classification management for the farmer-suppliers and help-development system.Finally,estimated the cooperation risks by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,build the profit distribution model considering the risks and define distribution coefficient,and construct the reasonable profit distribution of processing enterprise and farmer on a reciprocal symbiosis.
