Research On The Competitiveness Of Listed Logistics Compangy In China Based On Evaluation System

With the development of national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the logistics industry plays in an increasingly important role in the economic and social life,which promotes the development of Chinese logistics enterprises,and gradually builds up to the main logistics, road transport, ports, maritime transport,air transport and railway transport logistics company for the industry segments.Clearly, the logistics industry structure has been improved continuously, which, in turn, provides a strong supporting role for economic development, but the rapid development of China’s logistics industry has exposed some problems:higher than international peers in the logistics costs to GDP levels, low business concentration, the lack of logistics personnel, too much competition resulting in poor service levels, inefficient and poor performance and so on. Currently, the prevalence of domestic logistics enterprises rely on extensive expansion of the development model, not a high degree of secialization,logistics management decentralization, low risk control ability,compared with the large international logistics company, there is still a huge gap.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars about competitiveness, competitiveness theory and competitive evaluation, In this paper, Selecting the total assets of China’s top40listed logistics company as the subject and sample and choosing the competitiveness of enterprises as a starting point to build a competitiveness evaluation index for the listed logistics companies. The index system include operating capacity, profitability, solvency, liquidity capacity, human resources, innovation and management skills as the first-level, which has22detailed indicators. With the help of SPSS19.0and Excel software and base on empirical analysis of the factor analysis,cluster analysis and dynamic analysis of the competitiveness of Chinese listed logistics company,conducting systematic research to achieve a more comprehensive, objective and reasonable evaluation of listed Logistics competitiveness of enterprises.Derived using factor analysis factors affecting the competitiveness of the listed logistics company include:power factor solvency and liquidity, profitability and growth power factor,power factor operation and administration of funds use force factor innovation factor, as well as human resource factor turnover power factor, which forces solvency and liquidity factors, profitability and growth power factor and power factor operation and administration of enterprise competitiveness is more significant; the overall competitiveness of the listed logistics company is weak, and the polarization phenomenon is remarkable. Factor analysis provides a listing of various factors, integrated logistics company score ranking score ranking, and enterprises relative position in the industry and competitive conditions. However, different logistics companies have their own advantages and disadvantages, It is difficult to overcome own shortcoming by learning from other’s strong points just by a single factor analysis. Therefore, on the basis of the results of the binding factor analysis,by using the cluster analysis, the logistics company are classified as group7groups with similar characteristics, each category clusters have different advantages and disadvantages in different competitive factor. Comprehensive ranking cluster group exists significant competitive advantage, but there are some weak links, and clustering group ranking on the list of no prominent competitive advantages and disadvantages more. Competitiveness through cluster analysis conducted comparative research and evaluation, to form a correct judgment on its industry position and competitive advantages and disadvantages. The above two methods are based on2012data, it can not fully reflect the level of competitiveness of Chinese listed logistics companies. Competitiveness is constantly evolving, reflecting growth in capacity is also an important aspect of the competitiveness of enterprises. Various logistics company can be adjusted according to market conditions and the competitive situation of business strategy, the impact of competitive level, this paper collected40logistics companies associated index data for2009-2011, using principal component analysis, dynamic analysis, competitive growth the ability to conduct a comprehensive comparison. Dynamic analysis showed that the sample,2009-2012half of listed companies in the growth of the competitiveness of companies performed better, mainly thanks to the development of China’s logistics market, the improvement of living standards and support logistics policy.On the basis of empirical results based on factor analysis, cluster analysis and dynamic analysis, the paper put forward some suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of the listed logistics companies. The main suggestions put forward relevant external competitiveness, infrastructure and the potential competitiveness of the three aspects of competitiveness. The conclusion of this article include:(1) A logistics company’s competitiveness in the market is more effectively provide services to clients, to obtain higher efficiency and development capabilities than other competitors. Logistics competitiveness is dynamic and relative concepts, which include many influencing factors.(2) Compared to multinational logistics companies, the Chinese listed logistics company has a significant gap in terms of competitiveness, mainly in technical capacity, management,logistics, human resources, financial strength and other aspects. The listed companies will have a long way to go in order to improve the level of competitiveness of logistics.(3) The factors affecting the competitiveness of listed logistics company mainly include:solvency and liquidity strength, profitability and growth forces, operations and management of the force,the force of fund utilization innovation,human resources, working force,Among of there factors, the solvency and liquidity strength, profitability and growth forces, operations and management have greater power.(4) In recent years, the competitiveness of listed logistics company’s ability to grow has a well performance, but still has a large gap of competitiveness between companies listed logistics.(5) Enhanceing the competitiveness of the logistics company should base on the above analysis results, the suggestions include:changing the traditional model of logistics services, accelerating the development of logistics and electronic business platform,actively carrying out international logistics cooperation, Improving corporate capital and optimizing asset qualityjmprove management efficiency and cost efficiency, oversighting mechanisms; paying attention to solvency risk assessment and building early warning; improving the quality of human resources of logistics company; promoting the logistics network and integration.
