Research On Competitiveness Of Automotive Industry Listed Company In China

The automotive industry is a high-input,high-output,high-tech,high-relevance and cluster development industrial sector. It is high in value-added and wide in spread effects which has great influence on the development of national economy,the increase of employment,the promotion of interrelated industries and the raising living standards of families. It has become one of the leading industries of China's eeonomy because of its accelerated growth in recent years. With the accession to the WTO,China's auto market competition situation has become further aggravated. Many famous foreign auto enterprises have entered China more quickly and deeper in-depth. In face of the intensive competition,how to pinpoint the position in automotive industry,find the disadvantages and shortcomings,then implement appropriate strategies have become the key points to the survival and development of China's automotive enterprises.The thesis takes automotive enterprises in china as the subject of research. It analyzes the background of competitiveness evaluation of automotive enterprises from its industrial position and competitiveness situation. Then it studies the theories and thesis of enterprise competitiveness. On the basis of introduction, it summarizes the characters, development and the current situation of China's automotive industries. After that,this thesis designs the evaluation index system according to the component elements of the competitiveness of enterprises. At the end of the paper, it uses the evaluation index system which is founded by factor analysis approach to evaluate and analyze China's automotive listed companies as an empirical study. It makes a conclusion in regards to study achievements,analyzes its deficiencies and puts forward some solutions.In order to achieve an objective evaluation and dynamic monitoring of the automotive enterprises, this article sets up a more scientific and accurate evaluation index system for China's automotive manufacturing enterprises from reality. Through the use of indicators, it can reflect a number of specific problems in the process of development, providing basis for the smooth implementation of its strategic goals, promoting the realization of the goal of faster and better development.
