Research On Business Process Modeling And Analysis Of International Freight Forwarders Based On Knowledge Audit

With the increasingly fierce competition in international freight forwarder market, Chinese freight forwarders have to fit in the global logistics system as soon as possible, and accelerate the transformation to become a more knowledge-intensive modern logistics provider. Thus, knowledge resources will become an advantage among the competition resources for the entire company. This thesis considered the business process of international freight forwarding companies as the breakthrough point, and analyzed the existing problems in business process from the perspective of knowledge flow in combination with process knowledge audit, and proposed a modeling method of international freight forwarding business process based on knowledge audit.First of all, this thesis analyzed the problems of the current situation and the business process in the field of international freight forwarding, and explored the important role of process modeling in business process management and knowledge audit in knowledge management, and made an overall consideration of the existing modeling methods and ARIS modeling system, and integrated ARIS into the knowledge audit method, and employed a structured approach of knowledge process map combined with the mapping relationship between knowledge flow and business flow, and finally developed the business process modeling procedure of international freight forwarding companies based on knowledge audit.Secondly, on the basis of the concept of business process knowledge and the characteristics of international freight forwarding companies, this thesis established the knowledge system of international freight forwarders, and presented the evaluation index system based on the WSR and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method so as to identify the knowledge-intensive business process and provide basis for critical management in the international freight forwarding business. In addition, through drawing knowledge flow map referring to directed graph and combining with the problems of international freight forwarding business process, it regulated optimizing rules and precautions of knowledge flow and raised business process modified model based on knowledge flow.Finally, it analyzed the organizational structure, functional structure and knowledge structure based on the knowledge survey of international freight forwarding companies, and used BizAgi Process Modeler Software and BPMN process specifications. Then it verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the modeling method by introducing a real case, and put forward actions to employ the approach into practice.
