Study On Spatio-Temporal Pattern Evolution And Intensive Use Of Cultivated Land In Anhui Province

Cultivated land is the essence of the land resources andhuman food source is the foundation of agricultural production and irreplaceable means of production.however. Cultivated land has particularly important strategic significance for China which has a population of over13hundred million, it’s related to national food security and long period of stability. Cherish rational utilization of land and effectively protecting cultivated land Is china’s basic national policy. The Central Rural Work Conference held in December2013, clearly put forward that we must to keep the1.8billion mu of arable.With the rapid development of social economy and unceasing enhancement of urbanization and industrialization level, more and more cultivated land is occupied and cultivated land quantity is decreasing in recent years. With the increasing of population and people’s living standard, ahigher andhigher demand for agricultural products is getting, and puts forward a new requirement on land utilization level. In this context, the trend of cultivated land intensive use level and its change, promote land use from extensive to intensive change efficiencyhas become an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of agriculture in china.Based on the background and significance, this thesis systematically analyzes the present situation, content, method and the existing shortcomings of intensive land utilization research athome and abroad. This paper introduces the related theory of cultivated land intensive use and selected16indicators of intensive land use evaluation index system based on the PSR model from three aspect which including pressure, state and response. The paper uses AHP and entropy method to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and further calculate the level of cultivated land intensive use in Anhui Province. From the dimensions of time and space,the essay analyze the changes of intensive use of arable land and put forward countermeasures for the existing problems of the cultivated land intensive use in Anhui province. Finally this paper draws the following conclusions: Firstly, the level of cultivated land intensive use in Anhui province shows a dynamic increasing process in time on the whole, it can be divided into three types:low level flat fluctuation stage, low level but slowly rising stage and the higher level stage.The rise of prefecture-level cities is quite different and can be divided into three types:increasing year by year, interleaved and no change.Secondly, on the whole, cultivated land intensive use level in Anhui Province show a trend that south Anhui higher than Northern Anhui and the fast economic development region ishigher than that of the low economic development region. The pressure index of intensive use of cultivated land on the whole show the trend that south area higher than north area; The performance of state index is consistent with the level of economic development, regions withhigh level of economic development is much better than the regions that economic development is relatively backward; With the exception of a few regions of relatively high and low, response index level of most of the region’s have a general performance.Thirdly,the spatial autocorrelation level of regional cultivated land intensive utilization does not rise with the overall level of intensive use of land’s enhance, inversely, the level of cultivated land intensive use of spatial autocorrelation showed a downward trend.Fourthly, the comprehensive index, status index and response index of cultivated land intensive use in south Anhui is generally superior to the north,but it’s pressure index is also higher than the north. In the future, tapping the potential of cultivated land intensive use in Anhui province should be based mainly on the north Anhui.Finally, basis on the strict implementation of land management laws and regulations and do a good job in land use planning, Anhui Province should increase the input of science and technology, and agricultural labor and so forth. Besides, Anhui Province should promote the agricultural land consolidation and rural residential land reclamation, and carry out the circulation of rural land, takes the road of modern agriculture.
