In the deepening of economic globalization, the environment, China’s import andexport business has achieved rapid development, port position in the national economycontinues to improve, electronic port construction and development in our country isimperative. Since2002, China started the construction of electronic port area so far,most of the ports are still in a state of information technology in isolation, so that notonly leads to high cost of import and export trade, but also greatly reduces theefficiency of customs clearance. Regional electronic port construction is in a bottleneckfor further development.In the current background of economic globalization, electronic port achievedleapfrog development in our country, the development process of China’s economic andsocial development has played a huge role in promoting its initiative to enhance theenforcement capabilities including government departments, reduce trade costs, enhancebusiness efficiency, improve the government’s public service efficiency, and promoteopen government and clean government. However, problems such as the lack ofnational-level guidance for the development of China’s electronic ports, the source offunds, insufficient policy support, poor coordination and other phenomena, willinevitably lead to the development of China’s electronic information sharing existsports, standard system, information security and business personnel and other aspectsof the problem.
