Efficient Management Of Dalian Software Enterprise In Japan Outsourcing Project

With the rapid development of the software industry at the beginning of twenty-firstCentury, Dalian has gradually become a leader city in the software outsourcing industry dueto her special geographic position, long history and culture as well as being supported by thelocal government. However, until now, the enterprises of the Japanese software outsourcingin Dalian have been in the elementary phase of the industry that mainly undertakes some lowprofit, labor-intensive and downstream engineering. Moreover, the software enterprises inDalian are still exploring and fighting by themselves. As a result, the inefficient managementhas become a serious problem limiting the development of Dalian software outsourcing. Soin order to facilitate the Japan outsourcing software project management, improve workefficiency, reduce the amount of rework, have better project quality and gain the trust ofcustomers and good long-term cooperation from other enterprises, we reviewed the softwareproject management theories, analyzed the conditions of the Japan outsourcing softwareproject in detail and sought for the causes. We put forward some advice on efficientmanagement of software enterprises in Dalian by combining the years’ practice. In summary,our study implores more effective project management approaches by analyzing andsummarizing the experience of management in the Japan outsourcing software projects, andprovides the theory basis for further improving the Japanese outsourcing projectmanagement efficiency in Dalian.
