The Research On Risk Management Of Nanjing Hi-tech Innovation Service Center Incubator Project

Science and technology business incubator is a new style economic organization. Itcould not only incubate the small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology,but also promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The smalland medium-sized enterprises of science and technology mostly start from incubation ofscience and technology projects. Project risk management is a widely used technicalapproach which based on the system point of view, methods and theories. This approach canmanage all the work efficiently in the restriction of limited resources. Researching on thesubject, which applying the project risk management on the operation of science andtechnology business incubator, is advantage to improve the survival rate of incubationproject, to enhance the incubating ability, so as to incubate more competitive enterprises.Therefore, it has important significance and values to systematic study on the operation ofscience and technology business incubator from the perspective of project risk management.This paper took the theory and method of project risk management into the incubator ofscientific and technological enterprises in Nanjing hi tech Innovation Service Center, toimprove the survival rate of technology business incubator, play a decisive role to enhanceits core competitiveness. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,summarizes and analyzes the research status at home and abroad about the project riskmanagement, discusses the technology business incubator, source and development trends,analysis of the project risk management, meaning, target, application and technical methods;secondly, on the basis of the analysis of feasibility and necessity project risk management inthe technology business incubator of the incubator, the risk management problem of Nanjinghi tech innovation service center is discussed; thirdly, proposed risk management problemsof Nanjing Technology Innovation Service Center incubator, to identify the risk of theincubation process, making the risk management plan of the incubation process, proposedthe risk management measures, and the risk of the incubation process monitoring; finally, thesecurity measures of Nanjing hi tech Innovation Service Center incubator risk management from four aspects of human resource, operation mechanism, communication management,knowledge management.
