Research On The Scope And Risk Managemant Of Nanning Biomedic Al Science&Technology Business Incubator Project

As a professional incubator, Biomedical Science&Technology Business Incubator have a major role for promoting development of biomedical industry which is one the emerging leading industries in our country. As the capital city of Guangxi, Nanning has unique advantages of biological resources and policy. The establishment of Nanning Biomedical Science&Technology Business Incubator has an important role for promoting the development of high-tech industry in Nanning.From the point of management science and economics, this paper did the research by making comprehensive use of serval methods, such as qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, survey research, inductive and deductive and so on. At first, this paper summarized the basic situation of Science&Technology Business Incubator and Nanning Biomedical Science&Technology Business Incubator project. Then, this artical made a depth analysis on the scope of Nanning Biomedical Science&Technology Business Incubator project from perspectives of process decomposition and functional decomposition by establishing breakdown structure WBS figures. Finally, this paper tried to identify risks of the project and propose preventive measures by using Shark Fin figures. In short, this paper explored a set of operating mechanism and risk management models on Science&Technology Business Incubator based on the development of biomedical industry in Nanning.
