Corporation Culture is a branch subject, constructed from management sciencedeveloping. It works for the purpose that management science should learn andsummarize every phenomenon and discipline of management activity of human being.Corporation Culture contains a lot of subjects, including substance culture, behaviorculture, institution culture, spirit culture, and some part of anthropology, sociology,psychology, economics, management, philosophy, mathematics and so on.State-owned enterprises (SOE) is one of most important sections of our economy, itwill keep its status for a long time. This paper synthesize a lot of books and papersabout corporation culture at home and abroad, based on the research findings ofpredecessors, knowing the history and present situation of construction of SOEculture, finally giving some method of constructing of SOE culture.First chapter expound the meaning and developing progress of culture, therelationship between management science developing and the emerging ofcorporation culture, the main theory schools and some important analysis result ofcorporation culture.Second chapter expound culture construction of Chinese SOE. This paper dividethe development of Chinese SOE culture construction into4periods, based oneconomic system changing: Before the reform and open; Early stage of the reformand open; SOE beginning to reform into corporate; SOE culture construction after21th century. After this,this paper predicts the method of construction of SOEcorporation culture in future.Third chapter analyze the problems living in SOE corporation culture`sconstruction, starting from three aspects: obstruction of institution, theory,cognizing and practicing. Believing these obstruction is the reason why SOE corporation culture can`t be well constructed. It needs continuing abolishing theseobstruction.Fourth chapter is the most important point, it discusses the method ofconstruction of SOE corporation culture, giving quantitative study way. By the time,hoping to construct in both way of material and spirit, giving careful analysis andadvice of spirit culture construction, finally putting forward unique point about thefunction and meaning of marketing system of SOE, when it works in coordinationwith construction of SOE corporation culture.
