As a new mobile payment means of payment, computer communication technology and mobile e-commerce product of the combination.It improves the user’s payment experience, and for financial institutions, operators, third-party payment companies and merchants brought new opportunities in the world gradually attracted attention of all parties.In recent years, the rapid development of the global mobile payment industry, has achieved rapid growth in the number of users and transaction size.2013China’s mobile Internet market to achieve rapid development, the foundation paid for the mobile market volume.The rapid spread of mobile intelligent terminals, mobile phones and smart phones subscribers reached1.304billion and724million, especially the rapid development of mobile Internet mobile e-commerce driven rapid growth in demand for mobile payment.After years of capital distribution companies and industrial chain active in the field of mobile payments, as well as intelligent terminal, the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and applications, the Chinese mobile payment industry will exceed200billion yuan in2014.Electronic means of payment and mobile technology is inevitable inevitable. At the same time, mobile payment is also facing a bottleneck credit system, technology, industry chain maturity, user habits and other aspects.In order to study the behavior of users of mobile usage behavior and willingness to pay, based on the paper and the use of integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT), combined with the effects of perceived risk theory proposed mobile payment user behavior factors and hypotheses.Then using the method of empirical research, using statistical analysis software SPSS and structural equation model of relevant research data processing and analysis, and assumptions influencing factors have been tested.The results showed that user performance expectations, effort expectancy, perceived risk, and the use of mobile payments paid by the scene in the process of facilitating factors have a significant positive impact on the use of mobile payments.Finally, based on the analysis results of the model, from enhancing the user perceived usefulness, and reduce the perceived risk, emphasizing social impact and expand the payment scenarios, expanding business areas and other aspects of the promotion of mobile payment services are given suggestions.
