This paper made analysis of development of business counseling industry and factorswhich had an important influence on entrepreneurial activities, such as economic policiesand industry regulations. The paper made in-depth study on Wuxi A Area businesscounseling centers about its external opportunities and threats, internal developmentstrengths and weaknesses.
