The Research Of Knowledge Capital Acquire Strategy In The Case Of Youku Tudou Merger

Knowledge is the only enterprise unique resources. Knowledge capital is the key to enterprise development in the future. It will gradually replace the core of the traditional assets and become the most important asset to enterprise survival and development, to acquire competitiveness. Knowledge capital as a core element of enterprise has been formed consensus. The acquisition and accumulation of knowledge capital is a means of long-term development for many enterprises. M&A is an effective way to acquire knowledge capital that business needs but not have. The thesis have analyzed knowledge capital acquisition strategy of merger cases. The acquisition is a process, the knowledge capital is divided into four stages, namely knowledge capital of recognition, the transfer of knowledge capital, the integration of knowledge capital and the use knowledge asset. The author has made the detailed analysis of the four stages of case knowledge capital to acquire and evaluated the effectiveness of the measures of every stage. M&A acquisition strategy is effective, the knowledge asset values get larger ascension. Based on this, this paper have got the enlightenment of knowledge capital to acquire, that is, from before and after M&A, at various stages of knowledge capital, human assets, organizational assets, intellectual property assets and market assets should be done well due diligence, according to the characteristics of each kind of knowledge capital to take measures to knowledge capital.
