| In recent years, due to the rapid increase of the traditional automobile in the world, petroleum energy is rapid diminishing. And many problems become increasingly urgent, such as energy shortage, environmental pollution and economic crisis. In response to these escalating conflicts, the automotive industry is actively seeking some solutions to these problems. Based on the automobile regulations and industry guidelines, which have been continuously enacted since2011, the most effective method is on the aspect of new energy automobile development and application. With the development of new energy automobile, the traditional automobile will shift to the hybrid vehicles from2013to2020. And after2020, there will be mainly the pure electric automobile in the automobile industry. This trend can not only reduce automobile pollution, high energy consumption and environmental pollution, but also ease the tension of petroleum energy.This paper studies the development strategies of new energy automobile of Lear Corporation. It analyses the county policies for new energy automobile, industrial background, development direction, then on the basis on Michael Porter’s Five Forces, PEST and SWOT Mode, presents some development strategies of new energy automobile of Lear Corporation. The general plan is as follow:the development goal is to produce the hybrid vehicles from2013to2020, and after2020, is to mainly produce the pure electric automobile parts. Lear Corporation will combine assembly plant and suppliers to develop the market from the horizontal integration and try to make a lead position in the new energy automobile industry.According to studying the strategies of Lear’s new energy automobile, Lear Corporation can learn from multinational enterprise’s development direction, product choice, mechanism and security. Meanwhile, it will be significant for the development innovation and mechanism of Chinese automobile industry. Since the author’s level is limited now, it needs further discuss and study. |
