In the21st century from the Great Leap Forward of internet technology to expand the banking network technologies have greatly contributed to the tremendous changes in information technology bankingJProfoundly changing the traditional business model of banks.In order to expand the market,some of the larger commercial banks pioneered the development of a network of credit business,Take full advantage of rapid credit convenient features to attract customers, Promote their business network credit to commercial banks dominate the market,offers the possibility to expand the market and has become a weapon to dominate the market.Gansu banks as city commercial banks,since its establishment late has yet to launch a network of credit business,But in order to break through the bottleneck of traditional business development,seize market opportunities, improve competitiveness,but the general trend of the development of credit business network.In this paper,Gansu bank for the study to investigate the network credit business development issues.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first section briefly describes the background and significance,review relevant research and research ideas for online banking and a network of domestic and foreign credit;Second section outlines the theory of competitive strategy and market segmentation theory.the theoretical basis for the study of the text;The third part in an overview of the status of business development in Gansu bank credit on the basis of its analysis of the problems of traditional credit business;Fourth part from the perspective of both internal and external analysis of the development of the network of Gansu bank credit business opportunities and challenges,aimed at provide the basis for development strategies in Gansu credit business banking network;Fifth part from three aspects of product strategy.marketing strategy.risk prevention strategies for the development of a network of Gansu bank credit business strategy selection recommendations put forward a workable;Sixth part discusses two aspects of network-based protection of bank credit for business development in Gansu from internet technology platform construction and personnel training.
