This paper analyzes and investigates how to develop the plate edge of China Electric Power Construction Group’s only and biggest integration of coal, how to seize the brand advantage of entering world’s top500, how to hold the opportunity of bringing LongDong Energy into Five Comprehensive Energy Base planned by State Department, and how to take the technical advantage of owning the biggest supercritical pithead group technology in Gansu.By studying and judging Gansu Energy Corporation’s Development history and current situation, this paper also explores the shareholding structure, organization, management model, human resources, and project reserves. Furthermore, this paper analyzes macroeconomic environment, industry development environment, policy and law environmental, technical environment, and market condition. By using SWOT method, this paper analyzes the corporation’s inner and outside development environment, the corporation’s advantages and disadvantages, and its opportunity and threatens. It also decides the corporation’s development strategy, stating it in aspects of the strategy future, target, location, and Strategic priorities and steps.This paper proposes two phases strategy target. From2013to2016, the main target is to revitalize the company’s existing production capacity, realize losses into profits, and lay the foundation for the subsequent development. From2017to2020, the main target is to achieve scale development. The author proposes the way to carry out the strategy and set out necessities for the strategy, like thought and organization security, human resources support, program evaluation mechanisms, and capital protection. |
