Study On The Extension Of Industry Chain Of Rizhao Port

Enterprises which are engaged in a certain economic activities because of the different division of labor and the role.According to the analysis,the implementation of the industry chain of economic development of specific industries in a certain range, helps to achieve the optimal combination of factors of production in the region, human and capital etc. According to the different characteristics of the industry chain of each node, the spatial pattern of rational distribution of industrial development, depend on the development of industry chain to promote other related industrial progress, is conducive to the comprehensive competitiveness of regional economy. An industry node changes may affect the whole industry chain changes, fracture or deletion of industry nodes in the industrial chain, may also influence the overall ability of industry and the development of whole industry chain. Therefore, accurate understanding and using the concept of the industrial chain and related theory, has the profound significance for local government to develop the industrial policy and economic development strategy.Rizhao is an emerging port city growing up after the reform and opening up of our country. The overall economic development level is low, the second and third industry is less developed, industrial development is relatively backward, therefore, rizhao is a less developed coastal cities with huge development potential. Rizhao port economic system puts the rizhao port and harbor industry as the main body, the government to draw up the development policy of regional economy, in order to promote regional industrial upgrading, therefore, many problems of promoting the development of regional economy and innovation are in urgent need of the guidance of the industrial chain theory. In January4,2011, the State Council promulgated " Shandong peninsula blue economic zone development plan", planning requirements Rizhao afford the responsibility of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and Southern shandong lingang industrial concentration area growth, and try hard to build Rizhao as China’s eastern coastal important Lingang Industrial base.In this paper, through the analysis of the Rizhao Port Industry and port industry chain extension related issues, to explore the development of port industry chain in the competitive advantages and disadvantages, to find effective measures to extend the port industry chain, and to discover the advantages of port industry of Rizhao City, enhance the core competitiveness of Rizhao port, to improve the industry competitiveness of Rizhao City, so as to promote the long-term sustainable development of Rizhao Port economic.
