Cooperation Between China And Russia Logistics Industry

With the rapid integration of developing countries service industry and the globaleconomy, the modern logistics industry with a great value-adding feature becomes anew service which is used by governments in support of industrial policy priorities.Recently, the development of logistics industry in China and Russia is rapid thatprovides a basis for cooperation in logistics. Under closer economic and tradeexchanges between China and Russia in the background, smooth trade routes andlogistics network have become an important assurance for the Sino-Russian economiccooperation and an urgent request for the logistics industry cooperation between the twocountries. Therefore, studying the question of Sino-Russian cooperation in the logisticsindustry, identification of the problems of cooperation and putting forwardcountermeasures, promoting in-depth development of bilateral economic and tradecooperation as well as economic cooperation in Northeast Asia has important strategicsignificance.Firstly, based on the theory of trade logistics, regional industrial cooperation theory,the analysis of the current situation and the reality of the Sino-Russian cooperation inthe logistics industry was held, after that the deterrents and the reasons of bilateralcooperation in the logistics industry research was held, and then using the SWOTmethod the two countries logistics industry advantages and disadvantages andchallenges and opportunities were analyzed and finally several countermeasures tostrengthen this very cooperation were proposed. This paper argues that the two countriesshould improve the policy system, establish information service platform, deregulate theeconomy, promote the development of third-party logistics, and to strengthen thelogistics infrastructure and personnel training.
