Study On The Development Of Sino-Russian Modern Agricultural Industry Cooperation Zone

Under the multiple backgrounds of the "Belt and Road Initiative",the agricultural "going out" and the Sino-US trade war,China has gradually strengthened cooperation with Russia's agricultural trade and investment,encouraging and guiding agricultural enterprises to go global.The Sino-Russian Agricultural Industry Cooperation Zone is a model of the overseas agricultural cooperation zone under the "One Belt,One Road" initiative of China.Since the establishment of Almata in 2004,the construction cooperation zone has been established.In 2015,the cooperation zone was officially recognized as a national-level overseas economic and trade cooperation zone.The successful construction of the cooperation zone has deepened the agricultural cooperation between Northeast China and the Russian Far East,and provided experience for the construction of agricultural parks outside China.This paper takes the Sino-Russian Modern Agricultural Industry Cooperation Zone as the research object,analyzes the current situation of Sino-Russian investment trade by collating relevant data of Sino-Russian agricultural trade investment,and demonstrates the close trade partnership between China and Russia.By applying the RCA index and the TCI index The analysis of the status quo of Sino-Russian agricultural trade illustrates the comparative advantages and complementarities of Sino-Russian agricultural trade cooperation,and summarizes the characteristics of Sino-Russian agricultural trade investment.Through the combing of the development process of the cooperation zone,combined with the background and significance of the construction of the cooperation zone,the current development status of the cooperation zone is analyzed,the development advantages of the cooperation zone are summarized,and the problems and challenges of the Sino-Russian agricultural industrial cooperation zone are pointed out.Based on the full text research,this paper makes the following conclusions.Building a bridge for agricultural cooperation between Northeast China and Russia's Far East is an inevitable trend in the development of Sino-Russian modern agricultural industrial cooperation zone.Based on the current development status,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,improve relevant laws and regulations and formulate clear policies;The second is to establish a sound investment promotion mechanism and strive to speed up the process of the cooperation zone;the third is to improve the labor and labor regulations and train the local labor force;the fourth is to increase the added value of products and enhance the competitiveness of products.
