The Study On Growth Drag Of Land During The Urbanization Process In Lanzhou

Urbanization is a complex process which evolves from rural to city.It is a product of economic development for a country or a region. In the August of2012,Lanzhou New Area was approved as the fifth state-level district by the State Council.It’s abilities of gathering people and radiation are more and more increasing.By the end of2011, Lanzhou’s Urbanization level had improved to77.34%,and the result was much higher than the average urbanization-lever of China.During the Urbanization process in Lanzhou,the special geographic position of Lanzhou will increase the contradiction between the use of urban resource efficiency and the development of urban.The process of Lanzhou’s Urbanization will increase the saturation of Lanzhou’s land,and it will increase large restriction during the urbanization process in Lanzhou.Therefore,studying on the growth drag of land during the urbanization process in Lanzhou has the significance.The chapter one is the introduction which introduces the background and meaning of selecting the title followed by researching ways,thoughts,main contents and innovation points. The chapter two combines recent studies on the land restricts from home and abroad were summarized, which focuses on the restrictions to land.Combined with the previous studies,we find the related studies do not have the current situation and empirical test on land resistance of urbanization in western region.The chapter three introduces the related concepts and the points of land in the theory of economical growth,and describes the relations between economic growth and urbanization development based on the realities of the situation. The chapter four builds two theoretical models.One of the models is about the growth drag of land in the economic growth,the other one is the economic growth of urbanization.After building the two models.we obtain a equation on the growth drag of land during the urbanization process.In the model based on the theoretical model.the chapter five will combine the related the date of Lanzhou from2000to2011to demonstrate the growth drag of land during the urbanization process in Lanzhou.Then we will analyze the results. According to the Empirical results and the present situation of Lanzhou’s urbanization,the chapter six will give some advice to promote the development during the urbanization process in Lanzhou in the future.
