| Innovation is one of the major dynamic for national and regional economic development. With the continuous development of the regional economy and increasing competition in the market, regional innovation capacity has become an important indicator of the overall competitiveness of the region, is the key to regional economic development and economic growth in the strength of the decision. Therefore, research and assessment regional technological innovation capability has important theoretical and practical significance.This essay reviewed the development and research status of regional innovation systems. Based on the connotation and the constituent elements of the regional innovation system, this essay proposed the importance of regional technological innovation capability in the system. Summarize elaborated the main elements and environmental elements development status in Gansu Province. Then build regional technology innovation capacity index system from input capacity, diffusion capacity, supporting capacity and output capacity of four aspects, by principal component analysis and entropy method, use SPSS17empirical analyzing the regional technology innovation capability of Gansu Province, draw out regional technological innovation capability development trend and comprehensive development capacity in Gansu Province. Finally, proposed the development path of technological innovation capability of Gansu Province. |
