Discussion On Ways To Enhance The Scientific And Technological Innovation Capability Of Enterprises In Gansu Province

In the face of globalization and informationization, the traditional competitive mode which depends on the advantage of the resources has been out of sight today. A new factor, the capability of the scientific and technological innovation has become the most power weapon of the economic development for the enterprises, sectors and countries. It is of great realistic signification to study this kind of capability.There are a lot of files about how to learn the experience of the scientific and technological innovation from those developed countries and sectors. So this article chose a different object, an under-developed sector, Gansu to study in order to give some hints to those sectors which have the same situation. You can find the situation of the scientific and technological innovation of Gansu in this article, and the problems as well. For example, there is no stable increase on the number of researchers, which indicates the potential innovation capability is not so strong. And there is shortage of research fund. The outcome of innovation has not turned into products so fast. In the empirical research part, data of 9 provinces and cities, such as Gansu, Wuhan, Shanghai, etc. , about the scientific and technological innovation of has been processed through the method of Factor Analysis and a conclusion has been made that Gansu is the last one. Finally, the article gives the answer of how to deal with those problems and also shows the hard work done by the Gansu Province.
