A Study On The Choice Of Industries During Industrial Undertaking In The Northwest

In urgent time, achieving the great leap forward development and sustainable economic development is an important goal of the northwest region, and the industrial ecology is the way to get there. At present, domestic industrial transfer is booming and a large number of eastern industries which has lost comparative advantage move to west, bringing the western area both pressure and chances of ecological protection. As the part of undertaking, northwest area should seize the historical opportunity to development economy and avoid ecological damage at the same time, which shows the importance of selective undertaking from the perspective of industrial ecology.Firstly, this paper will have an analysis on the current situation of ecological resources and industrial ecology in northwest area, using the ecological surplus to measure ecological resources, evaluating the level of ecological industry from aspects of economic and social development, resource using efficiency, pollutant emission level and ecological protection, verifying the necessity of developing industrial ecology and problems existing in the northwest China. Secondly, determine its aim of ecological industrial structure adjustment, based on its construction of industrial ecological system, and clarify its principle of industrial undertaking. Thirdly, besides undertaking the exploitation and deep processing industry of the mineral deposits, machinery manufacturing, electricity, heat and water production and supply industry, agricultural products and deep processing industry and agricultural infrastructure industry and environmental protection industry to respectively promote the construction of the ecological industry. Finally, we also should use the way of softening industrial structure to promote the implementation of ecological industry, which should focus on undertaking high-tech industries and emerging service industry.
