Research On Industrial Selection And Spatial Layout Of Undertaking Industry Transfer In Hubei Province

The strategy of ‘Optimizing the spatial layout of the modern economic system and implementing the regional coordinated development’ has been proposed in the 19 th National Congress report.This strategy has important and far-reaching significance for improving the quality and efficiency of China’s economic development.As an important solution for coordinating regional development,industrial transfer plays an important role in optimizing industrial spatial layout and makes adjustment of regional industrial structure.China(Hubei)Free Trade Pilot Zone Leading Group issued ‘China(Hubei)Free Trade Pilot Area Construction Plan’,in 2018.The main task of this plan is to undertake industrial transfer in an orderly manner,which undoubtedly provides a strong system for Hubei to undertake industrial transfer.Guarantee.We follow the research idea of ‘theory-positive-response’ and use quantitative methods such as principal component analysis,three-stage DEA and spatial measurement to focus on the industrial selection and spatial layout of undertaking industrial transfer in Hubei Province.The main part of this paper consists of six parts: the first part is the theory of industrial transfer;the second part is the analysis of the transfer of industry in Hubei Province;the third part is the analysis of the status quo and problems of undertaking industrial transfer in Hubei Province;the fourth part is the undertaking industry of Hubei Province The industrial choice of transfer;the fifth part is the industrial space layout of Hubei Province to undertake industrial transfer;the sixth part is countermeasures and suggestions.The research results show that: it has the comparative advantage of undertaking the industry in the country in Hubei;and the government of Hubei undertakes the industrial transfer to take into account the traditional advantageous industries and strategic industries;in addition,it has the conditions of industrial agglomeration layout in undertaking the layout of the industry,in Hubei.This research has important practical significance for promoting the upgrading of Hubei’s industrial structure,optimizing the industrial spatial pattern and the realization of the land and space development planning goals.
