Product quality is to be the importance condition for consumers, with the increase of income and the improvement of quality of life, and ompetition strategy of quality is to be edge tool to grab market share for modern corporation. Intensifying of globalization competition makes competition among corporations develop into supply chains competition, and supply chain network is the main economic activities form in current market.Consequently, how to lay down quality competition strategy scientifically in supply chain network is the research theme of this paper. The major study contents and innovation point of the paper can be refined as follow:1) Quality competition strategy is introduced into the research of supply chain network equilibrium, and the optimality behaviors of network players are depicted by the theory of finite dimension variation inequality and game theory, as well as supply chain network equilibrium model.2) For describing the competition behavior of various markets, this paper consider oligopoly competition behaviors among player of supply chain network utilizing Cournot-Nash non-cooperation game theory, besides perfect competition with Nash non-cooperation game theory.3) The supply chain network with quality competition is developed from supply chain network single channel equilibrium model into supply chain network dual channel equilibrium model with traditional channel and e-commerce channel.4) In view of reality, industry quality standard constrain, product capacity constrain and price intervention are considered in supply chain network equilibrium model with quality competition. Furthermore, this paper discuss the impact of diverse constrains on network equilibrium and achieve beneficial enlightenment.
