With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of e-commerce,the way consumers shop and the traditional business model are changing,form a sales status that the traditional retail channels and electronic sales channels coexist.There is a competition between electronic channels and traditional channels,and lead to channel conflicts.How to effectively coordinate conflicts between network channels and traditional channels is still a major issue for enterprises.At the same time,due to the large number of orders,small batches,geographical dispersion and quick response,the online shopping have high distribution costs.According to the statistics,the terminal distribution costs account for more than 30% of the total logistics costs.Therefore,distribution costs is a major breakthrough of e-commerce business profits.First,this paper summarizes the research status of dual-channel conflict and network distribution.Second,analyzes the fact that the cost of logistics is not taken into account in the coordination of dual-channel conflicts and analyzes the problems of high distribution costs and slow response speeds in order-responsive.Finally,analyzes the development trend of the retail model from online and offline separation to integration.The paper puts forward the mode of O2 O logistics cooperation,expounds the meaning of logistics cooperation mode,and analyzes the characteristics of inventory movement and response in advance.According to the operation flow of order response distribution mode and logistics cooperation distribution mode,the distribution cost mode is constructed respectively.Through the same example analysis and calculation,the collaboration mode can effectively reduce the distribution costs,improve the delivery speed and customer satisfaction,verify the effectiveness of the collaboration strategy.On this basis,this paper proposes a basic decision model for supply chain,builds a centralized decision model under the logistics cooperation mode and a decentralized decision model.Applying the idea of Stackelberg's game theory,combined with Pareto improvement,the optimal price and the maximum profit under the two models are calculated and compared.It is concluded that the centralized decision under logistics cooperation mode is better than the decentralized decision.Finally,in the model of centralized decision-making under the logistics cooperation model,this paper analyzes the profits of manufacturers and retailers,proposes compensation strategies to coordinate dual channels,and stimulates cooperation between the two parties.An example was used to verify the effectiveness of the compensation strategy.
