Research On Dynamic Management Technology Of Garment Retailing Stock

With the rapid development of the economy, the style of garment retail terminalchanges a lot; garment companies face a complex market environment. In order to controlthe costs and adapt to an increasingly competitive environment, the companies should havea better understand of garment retail terminal. There is not too much research of theinventory management of garment retail terminal, resulting in a lack of morecomprehensive understanding of clothing inventory management. There will be number ofproblems in the actual management. In this dissertation, a systematic research was done onthe garment retail terminal.First, based on the characteristics of the garment retail terminal, the researcherintroduce the calcification of garment retail terminal, as well as the trend of development.Then, this article points out the meaning and purpose of the inventory management ofgarment retail terminal, analyzes the problem of the inventory management of garmentretail terminal, finds out the method to solve the problem.Second, according to the requirements of the inventory management of garment retailterminal, introduce the Dynamic Management and the basic theory-ABC theory. Then,introduce an advanced mode of Dynamic Management-JIT mode. And for the different ofBarcode and RFID, the researcher introduces how to use them in the inventorymanagement of garment retail terminal.Finally, this article suggests the process of Dynamic Management in the inventorymanagement of garment retail terminal. The researcher introduces the system dynamicstheory, using the method of modeling to analyze the entire dynamic management system ofinventory management of garment retail terminal. Using the software Cegid to simulate thewhole supply chain, find out the problem and make an optimization. Use Okaidi as anexample to explain how to use this software to manage and optimize the inventory ofgarment retail terminal. Applying the results obtained from this dissertation to practical use, will provide sometheoretical basis for clothing companies, and improve companies’efficiency.
