The Research On The Retail-management Of WQ Limited

The retailing terminal,which is the most terminal link of the marketing channel,directly faces the all consumers.This is a fact that the Brander have been involved in the management of retail terminals because of the management characteristics of retail terminals and the retailer's service needs.How to improve the competitiveness of products in the terminal to control the terminal to become the key to gaining market share.If the Brander want to control the channel,occupation of the terminal,they must do product planning,price system design,vivid management and management of standardized construction base on the retail terminal reality,and seeking to establish a systematic,standardized terminal management system.In this paper,WQ marketing channels as research object,adhere to the theory to guide practice in order to enrich the theory of practice,research methods.Firstly,analysis of the WQ company terminal development,product planning,price system design,promotion and display management of the problems and reasons,It is pointed out that WQ companies need to design the management strategy for the systematic and standardization of the terminal.Secondly,according to the retail terminal operation project content and WQ company terminal management problems,This paper analyzes the design of WQ retail terminal,product planning,price system development,promotion management,terminal vivid management and terminal standardized management.Finally,the design of the implementation of the safeguards,such as organizational structure,performance programs.In the part of the conclusions and discusses,following the summarizing the whole dissertation,the discussing problems have been advanced.
