The Project Plan Of ShengYuan Livestock Plant In Gaolan County

Due to the geographical environment characteristics, the advantage of grassland resources and the guidance of national economic policy, animal husbandry of Gansu province has maintained a good momentum of development since the reform and opening up policy raised. Especially after the implementation of western development policy, the central government stepped up its support to the western region in the aspects of talent, capital, technology and policy, meanwhile, Gansu province take this opportunity actively to adjust the agricultural structure and develop animal husbandry vigorously. In less than ten years, livestock species, yield and the main indexes such as the amount of major livestock’s breeding stock and slaughter have been increasing rapidly in Gansu province. Animal husbandry has become the main way of increasing farmers’ income and it has also played an important role in promoting the rural industrial structure adjustment and realizing the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy. Compared with few years ago, livestock breeding has a certain degree of development in Gaolan county.But because of a late start, a large number of young adults in Gaolan have had to go out to find jobs, animal husbandry and aquaculture is in a state of scattered farming, which has been far from a large scale, industrialization ecological management. This paper takes Gaolan County mutton sheep breeding’s scale, industrialization and ecological management as the research object, in the form of the project plan, uses the knowledge of enterprise strategy management, marketing management and relevant theoretical knowledge of financial management which have been learned during the period of MBA study to analyse from multiple angles of the project’s scale, industrialization and ecological development, and has formed a relatively complete operating development project plan.on the one hand, to standardize the project’s operating conditions in the future, on the other hand to enhance investors’ confidence in the project investment and win the bank loan system’s support and recognition, therefore, funds required for the project construction and investment can be raised, which is the guarantee for the project’s smooth development.This project takes Gaolan ShengYuan livestock plant as economic entity, has carried on a rational planning for different stage of the project, the content of the business and the industry chain. At the initial stage, crop straw stalks, crop wastes will mainly be used as breeding fodder for the development of mutton sheep breeding for a single development model. For a Medium and long term development, planting and breeding will be combined to form a’breeding, the breeding and planting, planting and breeding and products deep processing industry’for the diversified development of the industrial chain model. With the development of breeding,crop wastes will be used for mutton sheep breeding. With the establishment of processing plants, ecological circular economy industry chain will be established and products’ added value will be increased by deep processing crops and live sheepThis paper has introduced several aspects, such as the research significance of this project, the background, necessity and feasibility for the project situation in detail demonstrated the development prospect of the mutton sheep breeding industry by presenting the mutton sheep breeding industry history, mutton market competitiveness and demand. And established the project organization, management structure and marketing strategy according to the market situation and the advantages and disadvantages of this project. In order to raising the social idle funds for the project development and investment, this paper has carried on a forecast analysis of the profit to enhance the confidence of investors. To reduce the operational risk, the paper has analyzed possible management, financial and natural risks and proposed the corresponding countermeasures to avoid or reduce the risks. By analyzing ecological benefits and social benefits of this project after the implementation,has proved the necessity and importance of the project again.
