In thispaper, the problem was studied, the object of study is a large state-owned real estatecompany in Heilongjiang province, mainly used in the study of employee satisfactiontheory and contract theory, in this paper takes the form of a survey study form, on theresearch method mainly adopts the literature research, questionnaire and case analysis.This paper based on the actual investigation of the enterprise and employee satisfactionsurvey made clear its present situation and existing problems in terms of employeesatisfaction; Next to the more specific reasons for the low degree of satisfaction analysis,again from working environment, salary, benefits from several aspects put forward thestrategy of enterprise employee satisfaction; Finally, the relevant implementationmeasures are expounded. In this paper, the research for reducing the HD enterpriseemployee turnover and improve employee satisfaction has played a positive role.
