Research On DLG Integration Project And Its Human Work Automation

The demand for guarantee service of surveying and mapping geographic information is increasing with the fast economic and social development in China,and the construction of Fundamental Geographic Information Database obtains the rapid development, it has played an important role in economic construction. However, due to unbalanced economic development among regions, the construction of the early national unified requirements for mandatory, technical conditions, unsoundness data updating mechanism and other factors, the differences in different degree are existing in elements content and classification coding, data structure and stratification,coordinate system, and other aspects of each place and survey area. So, Fundamental Geographic Information Database needs to be integrated and improved.The integration and improvement for Digital Line Graphic (referred to as DLG) is the the core part of integration and improvement project for Fundamental Geographic Information Database. At present, in the project of DLG data integration and improvement, due to the integrated tool that is not updated in time,and it can’t keep up with the substantial changes of project. So it causes that most of the manual operation is comparison and valuation artificially that mainly depend on integration requirements, the efficiency is relatively low, the error rate is high. Therefore, how to quickly complete artificial operation and achieve the project requirements is gradually becoming the problem faced by the production department. DLG integrating artificial operation is an important and complicated work, improving the production efficiency and reducing the error rate becomes an inevitable trend.This paper is started from the computer programming, a software is designed that sets the basis of artificial judgement as running rules of designed software, so it can obtain the expected effect that the designed software could let the computer automatic processing instead of manual operation.
