For CNC Floor Type Boring&milling Machine,traditional rolling, sliding typesupport structure has been difficult to meet the requirements of modernproduction, static pressure support and hydraulic lock release technology intheapplication of CNC floor-type milling and boring machine makes the machinereaching higher performance,to broaden the field of new productdevelopmentandimprove the quality of the product.This thesis mainly from the structuraldesign of CNC floor-type milling and boring machine,the application of thenew design idea and method todesign including lathe bed, saddle, column,headstock, thefourbase, ready to complete the whole work,especially in theprocess of column guideway design topology optimization analysis was carriedout on the post,get the optimal design.Then analyzed the new hydraulicsupport system, calculation of static pressure bearing oil film thickness andstiffness, this is the design emphasis of this paper, is also a big innovation,milling and boring machine by more advanced performance, Finally,as asupplement to re-introduce the tool supporting systems.
