In the equipment manufacturing industry,heavy machine tools are indispensable mother machines and equipment.The spindle box is a very important link in the processing and production of heavy machine tools,which plays a decisive role in ensuring the processing accuracy and improving the production efficiency.In the mechanical processing,the traditional spindle box spindle speed,repeat positioning accuracy,reliability and foreign have a certain gap,it is difficult to ensure product quality.Therefore,the optimization of the spindle box design has become one of the key considerations of heavy machine tools.TK6920 large CNC floor milling and boring machine is one of the most advanced multi-functional machining equipment in China.In this study,the design and optimization of TK6920 super heavy CNC floor milling and boring machine spindle box and other important parts were studied and discussed.On the basis of three-dimensional modeling of TK6920 super heavy CNC floor milling and boring machine with Solidworks software,finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the spindle box through statics,mainly for strength analysis and stiffness analysis,so as to evaluate the rationality of the box structure.The structure optimization design model is established,and the structural performance of the spindle box(such as mechanical stiffness,cutting stability,and so on.)directly determines the machining quality and machining efficiency of the parts of the machine.Its dynamic characteristics can greatly affect the overall performance of the machine tool,is the most important part of a machine tool,therefore,the dynamic performance of the spindle box has a great impact,can achieve the purpose of strengthening the quality and efficiency of machine tool processing.After reasonable optimization,the stiffness of the main axle box structure is improved obviously,and the weight is reduced.The above research results not only greatly improve the dynamic performance of the spindle box,but also optimize the structure of the spindle box,so that the equipment can better meet the needs.
