Research On The Countryside Ecological Civilization Construction In The New Age

The construction of ecological civilization is the fundamental plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),our Party and government have always attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.Based on the theoretical and practical exploration of the construction of rural ecological civilization,following the logical thinking of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,the paper takes the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the historical background,based on the investigation and study of rural ecological civilization construction in four counties of Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the challenges and causes of rural ecological civilization construction in China,and puts forward the ways of rural ecological civilization construction in the new era.The first part of the paper is the introduction and the theoretical basis of rural ecological civilization construction.The introduction mainly introduces the origin of the research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research,the research methods and feasibility analysis,the characteristics and innovations of the research,and the definition of relevant concepts.In terms of the theoretical basis of rural ecological civilization construction,this paper mainly discusses the discourse of marxist classical writers on the theory of ecological civilization,the wisdom of ecological civilization contained in China's excellent traditional culture,and the discourse of Sinicized Marx on the theory of ecological civilization.The second part,under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization,studies the connotation and significance of the construction of rural ecological civilization in the new era in combination with the reality of the construction of rural ecological civilization in the new era.The connotation of The Times mainly includes five aspects: ecological economy construction,ecological culture construction,ecological security construction,ecological livelihood construction and ecological rule of law construction.The construction of rural ecological civilization has great contemporary value for the party,the countryside,the society and the country have great significance.For the party,it is an important measure to demonstrate the ruling ability of the party in the new era.For thecountryside,is the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in the meaning;For the society,is to resolve the new era of China's rural society the main contradiction of the powerful grip;For the country,it is a key part of achieving the goal of a beautiful China.The third part takes the rural areas in four counties of jiangxi province as the sample to analyze the present situation of rural ecological civilization construction.The research is mainly conducted from the following aspects: basic information of farmers and villages,construction of rural ecological economy,construction of ecological culture,construction of ecological security,construction of ecological livelihood,construction of ecological rule of law and participation of main body.The following conclusions are drawn: the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas presents a steady upward trend,and farmers' awareness of ecological civilization is constantly enhanced;The system and mechanism of rural ecological civilization are constantly improved;The living environment is constantly improved;Diverse participants.At the same time,there are also some problems,such as the consciousness of ecological civilization and the practice of "knowledge and practice are different",the execution of ecological civilization system is not strong,low evaluation of ecological environment quality,and the participation of multiple subjects is not sufficient.In the fourth part,based on the investigation of the status quo of ecological civilization construction in rural areas of four counties in jiangxi province,the reasons restricting the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas are analyzed.Starting from the concept of dimension,the main body dimension,system four aspects carries on the analysis,the dimensions and elements dimensions that reasons for restricting the construction of rural ecological civilization includes the following several aspects: the propaganda and education of ecological civilization consciousness,rural ecological civilization construction of the practice subject,system mechanism of rural ecological civilization construction,the elements of the rural ecological civilization construction support.The fifth part analyzes the path of rural ecological civilization construction in the new era.Mainly from the rural ecological civilization construction content,the construction main body,the construction mechanism and the construction direction and so on carries on the elaboration.First,strengthen the farmers' ecological civilization publicity and education,from the cultivation of rural ecological civilization publicity and education team,enrich the content of publicity andeducation and innovative publicity and education methods;Second,we should build a pattern of diversified participation of rural grass-roots party organizations,local governments,farmers,local enterprises and rural communities.Third,the mechanism innovation of rural ecological civilization construction should be realized,mainly from the mechanism of public participation in rural environmental protection,the mechanism of realizing the value of ecological products,and the mechanism of ecological assessment,supervision and accountability.Fourth,take the road of industrial integration and urban-rural integration.
