| The assembly manufacturing is the cornerstone of a country’s industry. It provides important means of new technologies, the development of new productsd and modern industrial production.And it also is an indispensable strategic industries.The computer numerical control(CNC) machine tool is the foundation of assembly manufacturing.With the world machine tool manufacturing industry enter the electromechanical integration times whose core is digital manufacturing technology,the CNC machine tool is the typical products. With the rapid development of modern manufacturing,the CNC machine tool is developing to the direction of high speed cutting and five-axis machining.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to design and optimize the structure of key components which belong to a new five axis CNC machine tools.The new five axis CNC machine tools not only can machining complex curved surface,but also has the advantages of high speed, high precision, high reliability.The process of design and optimization including two parts:1) Determining the overall structure of machine tool.2) Analysing the overall structure of machine tool and to design the key components of the CNC machine tool which influence the rigidity of the machine tool.Establishing the3D solid model and and then finite element model for the machine is also established,analyses of static and modal are carried on under the limited work load conditions.The specific research content as follows:1) On the analysis of the whole configuration the five axis CNC machine tools,author chooses a configuration which has large working space and high rigidity.2) According to the design requirements of optimization the arm length, author designs the structure of key components and constructs3D solid models by Solid works.3) Designing the structure of the pendular tool bit,building finite element models and carrying on analyses of static and modal by ANSYS. Optimization the pendular tool bit to impove rigidity.4) The design of narrow spans gantry structure is put forward,and carrying on analyses of static and modal by ANSYS to prove the feasibility of this design.5)The3D solid models of beam, columns and lathe bed are constructed by Solidworks. 6) Building prototype,machining parts which has complex curved surface to check the feature of the prototype. |
