The Construction Of Ecological Government Under The View Of Ecological Civilization

Humanity has experienced three forms of civilization evolution, respectively is the primitive civilization, agricultural civilization, industrial civilization, the industry civilization the greatest impact on the human, is the history of human development make a spurt of progress period, industrialization has created tremendous material wealth to human beings, but also bring people with severe ecological crisis. Ecological crisis has put the Chinese government to the frontier of ecological management, for the transformation of government functions in China, the core issues of governing force of innovation. Ecological civilization is a new form of civilization and harmonious coexistence of human and nature of the continuation, promoting the sustainable development of human society. In the ecological civilization under the guidance of the government, as a public service and management, the government’s ruling idea and development model are in need of reform, need to actively undertake to solve the ecological crisis, protecting the ecological environment, promote sustainable development of human and nature, historical mission.The construction of the ecological civilization ecological government summoned, to create a new era of beautiful Chinese, standard analysis of profound significance to construct ecological government from the perspective of ecological civilization. The article is divided into four parts, the first part is introduction, expounds the background motivation, research status of domestic and abroad, compared the current situation, and innovation of this thesis.
