With the goal of optimization for rollers cost performance, we must carry out the work of cost reduction and potentials tapping and implement the comprehensive evaluation of rollers to improve the quality of rollers; Optimizing the patterns of production organization and increasing the proportion of batch rolling to reduce the consumption of the rolls; Optimizing the detection Outline to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of roll detection,which helps to reduce rollers loading accident and achieves the safe use of rollers.On the basis of analysis on product differentiation competition and management requirements of cost optimization in steel market,we should make application analysis in two respects of collaborative sharing of rollers data and rational configuration in automatic assignation of rollers by centering on the key factors of management like improving the efficiency in the use of rollers, lowering roll consumption and reducing the using accidents during rollers production. Based on the management systems analysis of Baosteel rollers, we have cooperated with management data of rollers management system, rollers production planning systems, manufacturing and execution systems in accordance with the characteristics of the rollers hierarchical management. On the principle of rational use of rollers and lowering their consumption,we have analyzed the key factors which may influence the production of band steel, established the model of rollers automatic assignation and guided the grinding rolling work shop and rolling steel line to use rollers rationally and economically. With the upgrade of a series of functions, the cognitive ability of the field staff has been improved and the gap compared with the advanced enterprises in the field has been narrowed, then we are gradually achieving the leading level.
