Gas industry production safety issues have become more prominent, the reason is not only the rapid development of gas industry in recent years, there is flammable and explosive gas itself, diffusion, corrosive and toxic characteristics, once accidents, the consequences could be disastrous. Therefore, the gas companies must take the security of the whole of the production as a prerequisite for the production of as much as possible to achieve safe production. Gas production is an effective methodis to evaluate the safety hazard control in production to control the accidents, a very important aspect is to determine the enterprise hazard, systematic urban gas pipelines, transmission and distribution, gas and other during construction, storage, distribution and other activities decomposed hazard inventory lists, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the hazard safety assessment, which can use targeted measures to implement hazard control and management to ensure the production of securityIn this paper, the theory of safety system engineering to de gas business, for example, systematically analyzed and studied the business person-machine-environment system level security, and through the dangerous source identification, cause of the accident, aspects of production safety evaluation, improvement measures and in-depth study to explore all. From the human side, identify the cause of the production of human errors, with the theory of psychological security, better help analyze the causes and to propose ways and means to achieve human security production; from the machine side, through reliable ergonomics analysis to find the gas enterprise safe production machines of factors, and to propose measures to be taken to reduce or even eliminate the risk factors; the environment is concerned, is to analyze the fire, explosion, poisoning, suffocation, electrostatic and a series of adverse environmental factors on safety production and proposes ways to improve the environment, improve production safety.
