The current process exists:①system energy consumption, low device efficiency;②gathering system is not closed, is not running smoothly, a large oil and gas consumption and other issues. One of the most critical is the low efficiency of dewatering equipment can not effectively solve the problem of sand plug.Combined with heavy oil development and deployment of Henan, heavy oil gathering line processing system to solve the "bottleneck" problem,the project team began to conduct research studies,"Oil sands efficient water separation equipment developed four-phase" project.The project includes the following contents:(1) by increasing the effect of heavy oil dehydration technology research, critical theory to study the factors affecting the dehydration effect, the application of PⅣ technology optimized dewatering equipment suitable for heavy oil pre-separation, coalescing, fluid collection and other components, the proposed Imported cyclone pre-degassing, unidirectional flow channel micro rolled corrugated board rectifier, single phase finned coil heat ramp to strengthen the separation of grit removal and water trough negative overflow outlet diaphragms and other technology, is dewatering equipment and solutions to improve the efficiency of key measures to plug the device, and filter out the appropriate use of the heavy oil demulsifier KM-16;(2) by making equipment Desanding research technique to study the laws of grit inside the device, the device is designed to provide a basis for grit removal devices, negative pressure trough Desanding proposed structure, conducive to sand deposition in the tank, but also to carry out a variety of ways to accumulate sand discharge flow field inside the device would not cause a big impact.
