Mechanical sand control pipe is a sand control tool which is widely used in oil extraction. It has become more and more important in the sand control with high sediment loads and high viscosity. However, the existing mechanical sand pipes are mainly used in oil field design,heavy oil adaptive transformation is not considered. It results in easy jam, large resistance, a short time in sand control operations maintain,reduced oil extraction, improved mining operating costs in heavy oil extraction operations.Therefore, Starting with sand control structure and the filter material surface treatment by analyzing blocking reason and mechanism of sand control,this paper analyzes sand control mechanism and shortcomings of the existing mechanical sand control, design ideas and methods of the new sand are improved.The sand filter surface treatment technology is researched,the new sand structure designgives are introduced.By developing a sand filter performance test experimental device,application performance is made and tested. The main research work is as follows:(1) Plugging causes and mechanism of mechanical sand filter. Choosing the test technical data of Well typical LD27-1-1 and based on the analysis data of the1260 meters heavy oil reservoir parameters.Sand control technique and process,sand blocking condition, basic geological conditions of obstructive Lot etc are analyzed.The principle and mechanism of sand control are studied.(2)Design methods and research ideas of new anti-sand filter. By analyzing the problems and shortcomings of existing sand control, the new sand control methods of lifting medium viscosity adsorption capacity, designing the size and shape of filters filter channel and improving the "sand bridge" of sand control are introduced.(3) Surface treatment technologies of new sand filter sand filter. In order to enhancing argillaceous and other liquid viscosity and electrical adsorption capacity of heavy oil sand control filter material surface, the surface modification for enhancing filtration material against shale and oil adsorption effect and the technical route of reducing the obstruction are established.The physical and chemical coating of the basematerial surface treatment technology of coating are designed(4)New structure design of sand control. Starting from excluding from sediment accumulation space, improvement of self-cleaning capabilities and reduced flow resistance. With the methods of getting rid of protective tubes, redesigning mesh structure and increasing the thickness of the central tube, the "creep" and "wave" design method and filter optimizing design are proposed(5) New sand control experiment and application.The special experimental device for simulating the thermal recovery of the working environment of heavy oil sand control device is designed. The surface of filter material permeability has carried on the comparison experiment.The sand control pipe seepage experiment is simulated.Evaluation standards of sand control pipe used in oil well was designed.Through the actual application of the well below, the "weak adsorption,argillaceous" features of the new sand control pipe was verified.
