With the increasingly high requirements on environmental protection, and the grow demand of energy, oil well fracturing fluid is up to the more stringent emission standards, the research on dispose of fracturing fluid requested. In the associated processes of hydraulic abrasive perforating and fracturing, blowout, wash wells, pumping, there is a content differentiation problem of oil-water-sand when handling flowback fluid in oil well, designed for Oil Well Fracturing Fluid Treatment System, main purpose is to separate oil, water, sand from the oil well fracturing fluid.Firstly, according to the parameters of four kinds of conditions of flowback fluid, design the separation process of flowback fluid under different conditions.Secondly, according to the process of hydraulic abrasive perforating and fracturing, the large flow and sand content is high, the Center Drive Desander was designed, its function is to remove most of fracturing sand, reduce the workload of hydrocylone. Selected the type of the other equipments of the system, and combine the Center Drive Desander, cyclone desander,vibrating sreen, screw conveyer, oil-water separation and pump in different way, supporting the processing process under four conditions of formation.Thirdly, made numerical simulation of the incide flow field of Center Drive Desander, got the contours of Volume Fraction, contours of Velocity Magnitude, contours of Density, the separation is obvious, reach the expected effect. Verified the feasibility of soild-liquid separation of the Center Drive Desander. Using the single factor method, discussed the effects of structural parameters,operation parameters and physical property parameters on the separation performance.Lastly, scheme design for the automatic control of the whole system is developed.The article will promote the study of oil well fracturing fluid separation technology, and provides a feasible measures to the application of oil-water-sand three phases separation technique.
