The main works of this paper were listed as follow:Firstly, the mening of chiral separation, the chiral separation methods werestatemented. Secondly, high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) and chiralstationary phases were introduced. Finally, the research and development werereviewed.Synthesized [Cd2(D-cam)2(4,4’-bipy)(H2O)4]n as stationary phase of HPLC, itwas used for chiral recognition and separation of positional isomers. Two homochiral MOF [Cd2(D-cam)2(2,2’-bipy)(H2O)4]n and[Cd2(D-cam)2(2,2’-bipy)2]nwere also used as chiral stationary phases, someseparations of enantiomers and positional isomers in HPLC were carried out.The chromatographic characteristic of [ZnMg(btc)(H2O)4](NO3),[Zn(D-cam)(tmdpy)]·H2O and [H2N(CH3)2]2[Zn9(μ3-OH)2(BTC)6(DMPU)3]·DMFfor the separations of positional isomers and chiral compounds were investigated. We synthesized [Cd2(C4H4O6)2]n and [Co2(D-cam)2(4,4’-bipy)(H2O)4]n whichwere used as stationary phases for chiral discrimination in HPLC.
