Covalent organic frameworks(COFs)are a member of a family of porous crystalline polymer materials,which are composed of light elements interconnected by covalent bonds and have very regular structural features.Besides,they have many different properties,such as low density,good crystallinity,stability,and tunable functions.In the past few years,COFs have attracted attention due to these interesting properties,variable structure and chemical properties,so they have been widely used as excellent materials in many different fields,such as storage,separation and catalysis.Enantiomers of chiral drugs may differ greatly in their metabolism,pharmacodynamics,and pharmacology.Therefore,the separation of chiral compounds has great significance.High performance liquid chromatography is widely used to separate chiral compounds,many types of chiral chromatographic stationary phases have been developed.Recently,COFs have been developed as stationary phases for liquid chromatography to achieve compounds separation.In the second chapter,using the chiral covalent organic framework material CCOF18 wrapped in net method to fix it on spherical silica gel as the chiral stationary phase for liquid chromatography,the experimental results showed that it had definite possibility to separate chiral drugsIn the three and four sections,two kinds of COFs materials,Tp BD(NH2)2,Tp Pa NH2,were synthesized,and then were modified by the chiral strategy.We obtained two chiral stationary phases by the wrapped in net method.The good enantioselective resolutions for racemates on the columns were observed.
