Chiral metal-organic frameworks?MOFs?as a new type of functional materials, has the characteristics of chiral pore, high specific area, modifiable pore surface and structural diversity, which making it widely applied in various fields such as gas adsorption, separation and catalysis. The main work of this the thesis is as follows:1.A homochiral MOF [Cu?S-mal??bpy?]n with 3D chiral networks was synthesized via a solvothermal method, which was used as a stationary phase to prepare HPLC chiral column for separation of racemic compounds and positional isomers. The effects of chromatographic conditions on the separation performance of [Cu?S-mal??bpy?]n chiral column were discussed. The results showed that the chiral column exhibited good separation ability towards 17 racemates and three positional isomers. Finally, the reproducibility and stability of the chiral column were also investigated.2.Two chiral MOFs [Cu?S-mal??bpe?]n and [Ni?S-mal??bpy?]n were synthesized using S-malic acid as ligand. They have been used as HPLC stationary phase for separation of racemic compounds. The results showed that 16 and 6 racemates were separated on the [Cu?S-mal??bpe?]n and [Ni?S-mal??bpy?]n columns,respectively.3.Three chiral MOFs [Co?L??bpe?2?H2O?2]·H2O,[Zn?S-nip?2]n and {[Co?S-nip?2]·?H2O?0.5}n were synthesized and used as HPLC stationary phase for separation of racemic compounds. The experimental results showed that the racemic compounds were separated on the three chiral columns under normal phase conditions. Therefore, the three MOFs as HPLC chiral stationary phase has a certain theoretical significance and application prospects.
