The position of the stamping process is very important in the manufacturing industryand is widely used in the heavy industrial manufacturing field such as military,automobile, ship and so on. The press is the main equipment to realize the stampingprocess, and to obtain the pressure by the straight reciprocating motions of the punchwhich the motor and the transmission mechanism drive. Because the slide fixing, poorflexibility, high noise and low intelligence, the traditional mechanical press has beenunable to meet the modern processing quality and efficiency requirements. Servo press ismore and more widely applied to production, because it has a wide range of speedregulation, can increase flexibility and reduce noise when it contact the materials, and canhave different stamping process for different materials in different environment throughthe arbitrary regulating the slide stroke. This paper studies on servo crank presselectromechanical system from the several typical stamping models and the servo crankpress simulations by connecting the mechanical load, motor and control system throughthe variable speed, variable torque and the input of the slider curve. The main researchcontents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the paper analyses the servo press system, the overall train of thought ofsimulation model, the requirement of the determinations of two order derivative andsmooth and optimization of the shape of the curve fittingSecondly, the paper analyses the motion state of the crank slide mechanism of thepress and the stress state to establish the mathematical relationship between the differentphysical quantities. We can reverse the rotational speed model of the crank connecting rodmodel, velocity model, equivalent load torque model through the input of the sliderdisplacement and get the mechanism of equivalent moment of inertia model through the centre of mass energy method.Thirdly, this paper introduces the structure and the mathematics of permanent magnetsynchronous motor and the finally adopted overall control and current control scheme.At last, this paper build model under matlab/simulink platform for the final plan. Itsimulates the whole system through the input of the speed and the torque which get by theslide displacement, mechanical parameters and motor parameters. We can get thesimulation curves of the crank loads and speed response. Then we analyze the results todetermine whether they meet the process and control requirement to construct the servosystem completely.
